WoSMarket Rules & Guidelines​

Failure to follow these rules may result in content removal, warnings, restrictions, or a permanent ban.

Account Rules​

• Do not create multiple accounts.
• Do not share, sell, or transfer accounts.
• Do not evade bans, restrictions, or disciplinary actions.
• Do not impersonate other members, staff, or businesses.

Community Conduct​

• Be respectful to all members.
• Harassment, threats, hate speech, discrimination, or targeted abuse are prohibited.
• Do not spam, flood, excessively bump, or mass-tag users.
• Do not intentionally disrupt discussions or create drama.

Marketplace Rules​

• Only post legitimate listings.
• Do not post fake listings, fake services, or fake giveaways.
• Do not sell stolen, hacked, fraudulently obtained, or illegal goods.
• Do not misrepresent accounts, services, pricing, ownership, or account statistics.
• Do not use misleading thread titles.
• Do not cross-post the same listing in multiple sections.
• Do not proxy-sell for banned users.

Scams & Fraud​

• Scamming is strictly prohibited.
• Phishing, chargeback fraud, account recovery fraud, and identity theft are prohibited.
• Attempting to deceive or exploit other members will result in a permanent ban.
• Users are strongly encouraged to use a trusted middleman for all transactions.

Reputation & Vouches​

• Do not buy, sell, trade, or manipulate reputation.
• Do not leave false, misleading, or retaliatory feedback.
• Do not request vouches for transactions that never occurred.
• Vouches must be based on genuine transactions.

Content Restrictions​

• No malware, viruses, phishing tools, or malicious software.
• No hacking, fraud, leaks, doxxing, or black-hat activity.
• No adult, obscene, violent, or shock content.
• No discussion or distribution of illegal content.
• No advertising competing marketplaces without staff approval.

Deal Disputes​

• Only the affected buyer or seller may open a dispute.
• Disputes must include sufficient evidence.
• False, misleading, or fabricated disputes may result in a ban.
• Staff decisions regarding disputes are final.

Staff & Enforcement​

• Follow instructions from staff members.
• Do not abuse the report system.
• Staff may take action against behavior that harms the community, even if not explicitly listed above.
• Punishments may include warnings, restrictions, content removal, account suspension, or permanent bans.

Important Notice​

• All transactions are conducted at your own risk.
• WoSMarket does not guarantee, insure, or refund transactions.
• WoSMarket is not a party to any deal conducted on or off the platform.
• Using a trusted middleman is highly recommended.
• These rules may be updated at any time without prior notice.
