These Terms apply to all users of the web platform and API. Continued use constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

Weather data and forecasts on the platform are provided for general informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, SyriaMeteo does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any forecast. Do not rely solely on this data for safety-critical decisions (aviation, navigation, emergencies) without verifying against official sources.

The following are prohibited:

• Scraping or automated bulk copying of data without a prior licence.
• Commercial redistribution of data without a written agreement with SyriaMeteo.
• Sending high-volume requests that degrade server performance.
• Using the platform for any activity that violates applicable Syrian or international law.

Access to the SyriaMeteo API is subject to separate API Terms. Commercial use requires a written licence agreement. We reserve the right to suspend access for abuse without prior notice.

All platform content · text, design, code, logos, and data products · is the proprietary property of SyriaMeteo. Reproduction or redistribution without prior written permission is prohibited, except for non-commercial personal use.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. SyriaMeteo shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from reliance on weather data displayed on the platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced on the platform. Continued use after changes are published constitutes acceptance.
